Guest Speaker: Ann-Marie DePalma, CDA, RDH, MEd Ann-Marie C. DePalma, CDA, RDH, MEd, CDIPC, FADIA, FAADH is a graduate of the Forsyth School for Dental Hygienists, Northeastern University, and the University of Massachusetts Boston. She is the 2017 Esther Wilkins Distinguished Alumni of Forsyth Award recipient.  Ann-Marie has been published in dental and dental hygiene publications and textbooks. She has been a clinical hygienist and assistant, educator, consultant, corporate trainer, and currently a software customer success manager, as well as a national continuing education speaker.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:  The American Dental Assistants Association (ADAA) reserves the right to cancel any course should circumstances warrant such action. In the event the course is canceled, the ADAA will refund the full tuition. If you cancel your registration for this program, the ADAA will refund the tuition minus a $10 administrative cancellation fee.
