Webinar – Creating Inclusive Smiles: Recognizing and Transforming Implicit Bias

This course aims to help participants understand implicit bias, cultural differences, and how they influence patient care and team dynamics. By addressing biases and recognizing differences, we can improve case acceptance, talent attraction, and retention and provide more equitable patient care. Throughout the course, attendees will explore models, assessments, and easy-to-implement approaches to recognizing and reducing implicit bias. They will also learn ways to bridge cultural gaps, via cultural humility, and strategies for creating safer and more inclusive workplaces, resulting in enhanced teamwork, improved standard of care, and overall performance excellence.
